TERMS OF USE / AOS.VC WEBSITE TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use regulate the procedure for access and use of the AOS.VC website.

1. General Provisions

1.1.These Terms of Use (hereinafter — "Terms") regulate the procedure for access and use of the AOS.VC website (hereinafter — the "Site").

1.2.The AOS.VC website is an information-analytical and technological platform created by an initiative group of individuals.

1.3.By using the Site, the user confirms that they have read these Terms, understand their content, and accept them in full.

2. Platform Status

2.1.AOS.VC provides users with access to information about startups and ensures the possibility of communication between platform users.

2.2.AOS.VC is not an investment fund, broker, trust manager, financial consultant, or other entity of investment activity.

2.3.AOS.VC does not:

•participate in investment negotiations;

•make investment or financial decisions;

•act as a party to transactions between users;

•accept user funds for management;

•verify the financial feasibility or investment attractiveness of projects.

3. Startup Applications

3.1.Submission of an application through the Site forms is carried out by the user voluntarily.

3.2.Submission of an application:

•does not constitute an offer;

•does not create any obligations on the part of AOS.VC;

•does not guarantee consideration of the application;

•does not guarantee placement of information about the project;

•does not guarantee attracting investment or interest from investors.

3.3.AOS.VC has the right at its own discretion to refuse placement, hide, or delete information about a project without explaining the reasons.

4. User Responsibility

4.1.The user undertakes to provide truthful, current, and legal information.

4.2.The user independently:

•assesses all risks associated with using the Site;

•makes investment, financial, and other decisions;

•bears responsibility for the consequences of such decisions.

4.3.The user undertakes not to violate the rights of third parties and the legislation of applicable jurisdictions.

5. User Content

5.1.The user bears full responsibility for any materials, data, and information posted by them on the Site.

5.2.AOS.VC is not obliged to carry out verification, moderation, or control of user content.

5.3.Posting of information by a user does not imply its approval or confirmation by AOS.VC.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1.AOS.VC, as well as its founders and representatives, are not liable for:

•actions, inaction, and decisions of users;

•the content of user content;

•consequences of negotiations and transactions between users;

•any direct or indirect losses, including lost profits.

6.2.The user uses the Site exclusively at their own risk.

7. No Warranties

7.1.The AOS.VC Site and all information posted on it are provided "as is", without any warranties, express or implied.

7.2.AOS.VC does not guarantee:

•accuracy, completeness, or relevance of information;

•achievement of any results;

•conformity of information to user expectations;

•uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Site.

8. Disclaimer of Advice and Recommendations

8.1.Information posted on the Site is not an investment, financial, legal, tax, or other professional recommendation.

8.2.AOS.VC, its founders, and representatives do not provide consulting services and do not assume obligations to analyze, evaluate, or support user decisions.

9. Absence of Fiduciary and Similar Duties

9.1.Use of the Site does not create between the user and AOS.VC, its founders, or representatives:

•fiduciary;

•agency;

•partnership;

•trust;

•representative or other similar relationships.

9.2.AOS.VC does not act in the interests of users and is not obliged to protect their economic, investment, or other interests.

10. Right to Restrict Access

10.1.AOS.VC has the right at its own discretion and without explaining the reasons to:

•restrict or terminate the user's access to the Site;

•delete or hide any user content;

•refuse placement of information.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1.These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the general principles of international private law.

11.2.All disputes arising in connection with the use of the Site shall be resolved through negotiations.

11.3.AOS.VC does not recognize mandatory jurisdiction of courts at the location of the user.

12. Force Majeure

12.1.AOS.VC is not liable for failure or improper performance of obligations caused by circumstances of force majeure, including but not limited to:

•technical failures;

•actions of third parties;

•interruptions in the operation of networks, hosting, or services;

•restrictions, blocks, or sanctions.

13. Changes to Terms

13.1.AOS.VC has the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice to users.

13.2.The current version of the Terms is always available on the Site. Continued use of the Site means the user's consent to the updated version.

14. Final Provisions

14.1.If any provision of these Terms is recognized as invalid, the remaining provisions retain their force.

14.2.These Terms are valid indefinitely until their replacement with a new edition.
